1. Who we are
These Terms of Sale govern every order placed through this online store. The store is operated by:
cursortest-shipseed
Legal entity: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]
Company registration number: [REGISTRATION NUMBER]
VAT number: [VAT NUMBER]
Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]
Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]
2. Ordering and contract formation
- Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
- When you submit an order at checkout you make a binding offer to purchase, and you accept an obligation to pay.
- A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline an order before that point, for example when an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified.
- You will receive an order confirmation in durable form (email) listing the items, prices, taxes and shipping costs.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Whether prices include VAT is indicated on the product page and during checkout.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store full card details on our own systems.
- Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are shown before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout and depend on your delivery country. If a delivery is significantly delayed we will contact you with the option to cancel the affected items for a full refund.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details on how to cancel an order, return items and receive refunds are set out in our Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Statutory warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all purchases. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Disputes and applicable law
- These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
- EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- You can always contact us first — most issues are resolved directly with our support.
